Major Highways

Route 301 – Runs through King George leading north to Maryland/D.C./Baltimore Harbor and south to Richmond.

Route 3 – Runs through King George leading east to Fredericksburg and west to Colonial Beach/Warsaw.

I-95 – Approximately 20 miles to I-95 following route 3. The quickest route for traveling to Washington D.C.

Rail

A branch line connects to the major north-south rail corridor for CSX and Amtrak.

Airports

King George has easy access to Reagan National Airport, Richmond International Airport, Baltimore Washington International Airport and Dulles International Airport. Additionally, several general aviation airports serve the region.

Ports

Baltimore Harbor – Approximately 90 miles north of King George.
